Vendor Product Analyst

To strengthen vendor operations and enhance order-to-cash experiences, the full-time remote Vendor Product Analyst will lead vendor product changes, serve as a trusted vendor partner, and connect business and technology by translating vendor needs into actionable requirements. Key responsibilities Lead vendor product changes, including pricing updates and platform improvements Serve as the primary contact for operational questions and escalated issues post-onboarding Coordinate across various teams to ensure alignment on project priorities and timelines Required qualifications Substantial experience in project management, operations, business analysis, or vendor management Hands-on exposure to application programming interface integrations Familiarity with project management platforms such as Jira, Wrike, or Asana Working knowledge of structured delivery or process-improvement methodologies like Agile or Lean A bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience
