To support strategic oversight of third-party vendor relationships, the remote Vendor Operations Analyst will manage data transmission, monitor vendor performance metrics, and facilitate communication between vendors and internal stakeholders. Key responsibilities Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly file transmissions and vendor performance metrics, supporting regular reviews with stakeholders Develop and implement strategies for process improvement, including file transfer and reconciliation for each vendor Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned vendors, maintaining strong collaborative relationships and addressing issues related to file and invoice reconciliation Required qualifications Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare operations, revenue cycle management, or vendor management Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, particularly with Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP functions Strong ability to research and resolve discrepancies or data mismatches Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple ongoing requests and projects independently Professional demeanor with a customer service orientation, especially in handling escalations or complaints
