Owning the relationship between CommandLink and its vendors, the full-time remote Vendor Operations Analyst will manage the Quote Tool and vendor data, ensuring accuracy and generating insights to support sales strategies. Key Responsibilities: Maintain the Quote Tool, ensuring it contains accurate vendor and client information for a single source of truth Acquire and load vendor information into various systems, keeping quoting setups up to date Analyze platform data to identify trends, generate insights, and report on key performance indicators Required Qualifications: Experience with sales and/or purchasing functions, along with strong Excel skills Hands-on analytical profile, comfortable working directly with platform data Commercial mindset, able to engage effectively with vendors and internal stakeholders Proactive nature, demonstrating initiative in acquiring necessary information Self-starter thriving in fast-paced environments, preferably with startup or high-growth experience
