Vendor Management Analyst

Supporting vendor relations and contract negotiations, the full-time remote Vendor Management Analyst will manage vendor performance, optimize strategies, and serve as a liaison between business and IT while addressing operational challenges and enhancing business processes. Key responsibilities Guide day-to-day operations and manage vendor relationships, including issue escalation and resolution Work with vendor leadership to meet performance targets and drive operational metrics Participate in vendor performance reviews and conduct root cause analysis on performance issues Required qualifications Associates degree in a related field or high school/GED with five years of relevant work experience Experience in the utility industry Proficient in data analysis and preparing recommendations Aware of project management theories and principles Ability to collaborate with diverse individuals from various backgrounds
