The Analyst for the Technology Vendor Management Office (VMO) plays a vital role in ensuring operational excellence by overseeing vendor performance, hardware lifecycles, and supply chain health. This position serves as a strategic bridge between corporate IT, third-party vendors, and franchise partners, focusing on data-driven insights and a "white-glove" service approach to resolve complex technical and operational challenges.
Responsibilities
- Performance Governance: Track, maintain, and report on vendor performance metrics and scorecards, identifying trends and risks to ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are consistently met.
- Escalation Management: Serve as a point of contact for service or hardware issues, coordinating with internal teams and external vendors to provide rapid, no-cost solutions for site-level escalations.
- Strategic Communication: Proactively update franchise partners and internal stakeholders on hardware lifecycle milestones, imaging status, and supply chain updates, translating technical data into actionable business insights.
- Lifecycle & Data Analysis: Collect and analyze data regarding hardware adoption rates and technology health to support long-term operational decisions and tech‑stack strategy.
Qualifications
- Professional Experience: 1-3 years of experience in data analysis, operations analytics, or a corporate analyst role, preferably within a large, multi‑unit organization.
- Core Competencies: Strong customer‑service orientation with a high sense of urgency and the ability to solve problems in a fast‑paced environment.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Excel and comfort working with complex performance metrics and automated reporting tools.
- Operational Knowledge: Familiarity with technology supply chain management, hardware lifecycle processes, or managing third‑party service provider relationships.
