Job Summary
Our client, a leading Airline Industry client, is looking to add a Lead Software Engineer to their Business Systems/Platform Team. The Lead Software Developer will help lead development efforts for HRIS integration with both onshore and offshore development teams. This position will not have any sort of people leadership responsibilities. This position will only be responsible for assisting our managers and architects with leading development of HRIS projects. Third-party vendors may submit candidates for this role. Candidates who require H-1B visa sponsorship will be considered.

4 month contract to start Dallas/Fort Worth, TX Hybrid, onsite 3 days a week
Core Responsibilities
Software Development expertise across .Net Core & C# for backend API development, and Integration Support
Required Skills/Experience (Must-Haves)
- Development (C# .Net Core) Backend, Integration, Micro Service, Azure Functions, and API development
- Databases (MS SQL Server and CosmosDB)
- SQL
- Backlog management and writing user stories for dev teams.
Preferred Skills/Experience (Nice-to-Haves)
- Requirements gathering
- IT project management
- Experience working with cross functional offshore teams
- Experience with HRIS application
- Data movement (Event Hubs, MQ)
- Data storage (blob, NAS, Azure File Shares)
- Resiliency & DR (Auto Scalability, Multi-Region setups, Replication)
- CI/CD Build and Release Pipelines (ADO, GH)

Compensation & Benefits
Pay Range: The approximate pay range for this position is between $55.00 and $60.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
