Vendor Engagement Specialist

Supporting vendor relationships, the full-time remote Vendor Engagement Specialist will manage vendor lifecycle tasks, monitor performance metrics, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve operational issues. Key responsibilities Provide support throughout the vendor lifecycle, including onboarding and relationship management Monitor vendor performance and engage in meetings to address and resolve operational issues Maintain operational integrity by conducting regular queue cleanups and executing tasks per established policies Required qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred 1-2 years of experience in the drug screening and/or background screening industry Proficient in G-Suite and Microsoft Office products Ability to perform extensive internet research and type 45 WPM Preferred experience in a remote work setting
