Opportunity Overview:

POP MART is seeking a reliable and highly organized Vending Machine Associate – RoboShop to support the day-to-day operation and performance of our growing RoboShop network. This hands‑on role is responsible for keeping assigned Robo Shops fully stocked, clean, organized, and ready for customers.

The Vending Machine Associate will travel between assigned locations to restock products, monitor inventory, complete audits, and identify operational issues. This role will partner with Store Managers, warehouse teams, and Retail Operations to ensure product availability and a consistent customer experience across assigned locations.

What You Will Achieve:

• Restock, organize, and maintain assigned RoboShop vending machines.
• Monitor inventory levels and replenish products based on customer demand and business needs.
• Maintain clean, organized, and customer‑ready RoboShop locations.
• Support product receiving, storage, allocation, and inventory management.
• Complete routine inventory counts and weekly audits to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Partner with Store Managers and internal teams to coordinate effective restocking schedules.
• Identify and promptly report inventory, machine, or operational issues.
• Support store stocking and other retail operational needs as assigned.
• Complete assigned projects and operational tasks accurately and on time.
• Travel between assigned RoboShop locations using reliable personal transportation.

What You Will Need:

• Experience: High school diploma/GED or at least 6 months of retail, stocking, inventory, warehouse, merchandising, or related experience.
• Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Transportation: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
• Availability: Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, including evenings and weekends.
• Organization: Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately manage inventory, restocking, and operational tasks.
• Independence: Ability to work independently, prioritize responsibilities, and manage multiple locations and deadlines.
• Communication: Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Strong sense of urgency and ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced retail environment.
• Ability and willingness to travel regularly between assigned RoboShop locations.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in retail, merchandising, inventory, stocking, warehouse operations, or field‑based operations.
• Experience managing inventory or completing cycle counts and audits.
• Experience working independently across multiple retail or customer locations.
• Familiarity with vending machines, kiosks, automated retail, or similar equipment.
• Interest in designer toys, collectibles, Asian pop culture, and POP MART's IP portfolio.
• Fluency in an additional language is a plus.

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to regularly lift, carry, and move merchandise and supplies weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods, including up to 6–8 hours per shift.
• Must be able to bend, kneel, reach, and safely use ladders or step stools.
• Must be able to perform repetitive tasks including unpacking, organizing, and stocking merchandise.
• Must be able to work in a fast‑paced environment requiring frequent movement and multitasking.
• Must be able to work in varying temperature conditions, including stockroom and receiving areas.
• Manual dexterity required to safely use standard stockroom tools and equipment.
• Must be able to regularly travel between assigned RoboShop locations.

Pay Range Details

The pay range for this position varies by market and geographic location and will be provided in the applicable job posting. This range is provided in accordance with applicable state and local pay transparency laws. Individual compensation will be determined based on factors including geographic location, job‑related knowledge, skills, experience, and qualifications.
