Diehl Collision of South Hills is seeking a motivated and dependable Vehicle Painter/Paint Prepper to join our growing collision repair team. Whether you're an experienced automotive painter or a skilled prepper looking to advance your career, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Prepare vehicles for paint by sanding, masking, priming, and cleaning surfaces
- Mix and apply automotive paint and finishes to manufacturer standards
- Perform color matching and blending as needed
- Inspect completed work to ensure exceptional quality
- Maintain paint booth, equipment, and a clean work area
- Work closely with collision technicians and estimators to meet production deadlines
- Previous experience in automotive paint preparation and/or vehicle painting preferred
- Knowledge of modern paint systems and refinishing techniques
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver's license
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
