With operations across Europe and North America, our field teams are experienced, adaptable, and ready to take on new challenges.Role OverviewAs a Vehicle Test Operator, you will be responsible for operating test vehicles, collecting data, and providing detailed feedback on performance and environmental conditions. You may also support ride-hailing services for the general public as part of your duties.Eligibility RequirementsMust be at least 21 years oldValid CDL driver's licenseMinimum of 3 years of experience operating Class C vehiclesRequired SkillsValid CDL driver's licenseProficiency with laptops and standard office tools (Gmail, Google Sheets, Docs)Comfortable using smartphones and handheld devicesStrong attention to detail with the ability to clearly and concisely communicate observationsKey ResponsibilitiesOperate test vehicles across a variety of routes and environmental conditionsMonitor vehicle performance and take control as neededProvide real-time verbal feedback and environmental observationsConduct additional testing activities as requiredComplete detailed and timely ride reports for engineering and operations teamsWork flexible shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and overnight hoursMaintain the highest safety standards at all times$21 - $22 an hour
