Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program.Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:Input accurate vehicle information into the AS400 system using a handheld device (TC-75), including: VIN (Vehicle Identification Number), stock number, dealer ID, make, model, year, mileage, color, optionsAffix barcode/stock number stickers to each vehicle upon arrivalApply work order numbers and routing labels to vehiclesIdentify and flag "no key" vehiclesDirect transporters to designated vehicle drop zonesInspect and report transport damage as requiredProvide proper sale identification windshield codesData Protection & Vehicle Preparation:Remove and clear all personal information from vehicles, including documents, saved contacts, and identifiable itemsReset or remove navigation system data (addresses, history, Bluetooth pairings, etc.)Ensure compliance with company policies regarding customer data privacy and securitySafety & Team Support:Demonstrate a strong commitment to safety by following all safety procedures and guidelinesSupport Safety Excellence initiatives and work with leadership on safety activitiesAssist with additional operational duties as assigned, including driving vehicles through auction lanes on sale daysQualifications:Minimum:High School Diploma/GEDGenerally, less than 2 years' experience in a related field.Safe drivers needed; valid driver's license requiredBasic computer skills required.Regularly required to stand, walk, reach, talk and hear.Frequently required to stoop, kneel, crouch, bend, squat and climb.Ability to lift 1-15 pounds.Vision abilities required include close, distance and color vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.Schedule:WEDNESDAY - SUNDAY 1:30 PM-10:00 PM SHIFTPreferred Qualifications:1–3 years of auction or vehicle registration experienceAbility to drive both manual and automatic transmission vehiclesPhysical Requirements:Regularly required to stand, walk, reach, talk, and hearFrequently required to stoop, kneel, crouch, bend, squat, and climbDrug Testing:To be employed in this role, you'll need to clear a pre-employment drug test.
