Client is in the midst of doing a Veeva Quality reimplementation.6 months to start. The Functional Analyst (FA) will be responsible for assisting in the gathering of the digital requirements of the user community, developing those needs into process flows and translating with the engineering team into robust designs. This is an exciting opportunity to participate in the digital vision of the company as we build world class quality systems to further our mission of delivering transformational mRNA medicine to patients.

With our progress towards commercialization, this position will play a key role partnering with our Quality / Quality Systems, system integrator and other business stakeholders to enable our systems and processes for long term success.Here’s What You’ll Do:Partner with business stakeholders and system integrators to gather and write user requirements, user stories, and functional and technical specificationsCollaborate closely with business stakeholders and internal / external digital teams to design, develop and implement solutions with integration to MES, SAP, and potentially lab systemsIndependently deliver projects and initiatives in a timely and qualitative mannerHighlight potential risks and act proactively to resolve issuesParticipate in the demand management process to assist the business in establishing business cases relating to new systems or potential system changesHere’s What You’ll Bring to the Table:A bachelor’s degree in information technology or another relevant academic discipline.A minimum 5-8 years of experience working with electronic quality management systems for pharmaceutical / biotechnology manufacturing organizations.Functional and configuration experience working with Veeva Quality (eQMS and Quality Docs).
