Arrive at work station at or before the start of your shift * Participate in the testing of programs and systems to ensure proper functionality * Layout variable print projects * VDP Programming for all jobs * Create PDF production files for Digital and Mailing departments * Create Specialized Packing Slips as needed * Testing for new clients and new equipment * Work on various projects as needed for the department * QC their own work and the work of other VDP specialists * QC Retail Pack-outs for Data Processing * Follow job assignments, review instructions, plan work and responsibilities for the job or project to ensure customer specification compliance * Experience programming with Inspire Designer. Proficiency in MS Office, with emphasis on MS Excel a must * Translate technology requirements from internal personnel to external customers and vice versa * Ability to take initiative and need minimal supervision * Learn internal software applications as required by departments * Ability to collect the necessary information from others to make decisions regarding projects and processes * High attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy and quality *
