To support the Commercial Virtual Design & Construction team, the full-time remote VDC Project Specialist will manage project execution by coordinating with internal and external collaborators, tracking schedules, and ensuring timely deliverables. Key responsibilities: Facilitate consistent communication with clients throughout project lifecycles Collaborate with project teams to establish project objectives and conduct meetings for alignment Track and manage project schedules and maintain Navisworks coordination models for effective project execution Required qualifications: Degree from an accredited college/university in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management Minimum of 4 years of VDC experience, including 2 years in managing VDC scope for projects in various sectors Proficient in BIM and VDC coordination processes at an advanced level Experience in creating and managing BIM schedules Strong knowledge of current construction delivery methods and Navisworks coordination principles
