To support data center new construction projects, the full-time VDC/BIM Manager will lead MEP/FP BIM coordination workflows, drive issue resolution, and ensure high-quality BIM deliverables, with the option for remote work considered. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage MEP/FP BIM coordination workflows from preconstruction through construction Facilitate coordination among field superintendents, design teams, subcontractors, and specialty vendors Perform clash detection and resolution using Navisworks and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) Required Qualifications 7-10 years of experience in a VDC/BIM coordination role (GC, subcontractor, or design firm) Strong working knowledge of Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD Proficiency with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC); experience with ReCap and point cloud workflows preferred Strong understanding of MEP systems, constructability, and construction sequencing Experience with complex or large-scale projects; mission-critical experience strongly preferred
