The Opportunity

We are seeking an experiencedPartner tojoin our founding team . This is aPartner‑level role with equity ownership in the management company and ameaningful share of carry in our future funds.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven Track Record in Growth‑Stage Investing You’ll bring direct experience leading and managing Series B+ investments, ideally with alater‑stage VC or growth equity fund . Your track record should includesuccessful exits , withclear attribution to your role in those deals .
• Institutional Credibility You should have experience raising institutional capital, particularly from superannuation funds, sovereign wealth funds, or family offices. You’ll understand what institutional LPs look for in a fund team and investment process.
• Deep Network in the Global Tech Ecosystem You are respected by founders, co‑investors, and institutional LPs, and you know how tounlock deal flow across the region’s top technology companies.
• Operational Insight and Hands‑On Approach Beyond capital, Remarkable Ventures offers real operational support to our portfolio companies. Ideally, you’vebeen on the tools yourself —as a founder, operator, or board member—helping companies scale from Series B to successful exit.
• Global Mindset While our focus is New Zealand and Australia, our companies scale globally. International investment and capital markets experience—especially inthe US, Europe, Asia‑Pacific, or the Middle East —will be highly valued.
