VC Analyst (Fully Remote)

Work on the investor side of Pairs, finding active investors and learning what they back. Write first contacts that earn replies, turn them into calls, and book investors into founder meetings. Collaborate directly with two co-founders and the investor team on a flat, fast-moving process. WHAT YOU WILL OWN: Investor research: who is investing now, at what stage and check size. First conversations: messages that read like a person wrote them, replies turned into calls. Investor meetings: qualified investors booked with founders whose opportunity fits. YOU ARE A FIT IF: You have venture capital experience as an analyst, scout, or accelerator and can name interesting rounds. You write short, specific messages that get replies and keep a high pace without losing quality. You understand round basics like stage, check size, SAFE versus priced, and treat discretion as second nature. WHAT WE OFFER: A fully remote, asynchronous role with direct access to co-founders.
