This role offers the opportunity to build a thriving practice within a comprehensive 218-bed facility, supported by a dedicated surgical services team and in-house administrative support. The system is investing in its future with ongoing expansion and a pursuit of Level II Trauma Center designation, providing a dynamic environment for exceptional patient care.
Practice Info
- Specialty: Vascular Surgery
- Patient Volume: 10-15 patients per clinic day; 8-10 procedures per week
- Patient Setting: Primarily outpatient surgical cases with inpatient consults as needed
- Facility: Eight OR suites and four endoscopy rooms within a fully integrated surgical services department
- Support: In-house billing, coding, and collections team
Compensation
- Guaranteed base salary with production bonus

Shift & Schedule
- Monday-Friday with 1-2 surgical days per week

Requirements
- MD or DO degree
- BE or BC in Vascular Surgery
- Active Texas medical license or eligibility to obtain one
