This facility is seeking a Vascular Surgery Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details and requirements for this opportunity:
Schedule: 24 hour call 7a-7a with call back: October 16th-Janurary 3rd
Practice Setting:

Outpatient, Inpatient, Emergency Room, Clinic, Call
Types of Cases: Cath lab procedures
Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days
Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Cerner
Certifications Required:

Board Certification, Advanced Cardiac Life Support
Licensure Required: AZ State License required
