- 171-bed hospital (expanding to 275 beds in a $125M+ project)
- EPIC EMR system
- DAX AI Scribe
- Satellite campuses: Lake Placid and Wauchula (ERs feed into AH Sebring)
- 4 cath labs (1 dedicated to peripheral services) (adding 2 more, 1 will be hybrid)
- 4 hospital ORs (adding 2 more) + ASC on property
- Dedicated 24-bed Heart and Vascular Center (building 3 more floors)
- Multispecialty support: 8 Non-Invasive Cardiologists (expanding), 4 Interventional Cardiologists (expanding), 1 EP (expanding), 23+ employed PCPs
Compensation
- $600K salary/ RVU productivity incentives
- $50K Sign-on Bonus
- Relocation Assistance up to $15K
