Vascular Surgeon

Tenet Healthcare is seeking a Board-Certified Vascular Surgeon to join a rapidly growing private vascular surgery group in the Phoenix metropolitan area. This full-time opportunity offers a collaborative, patient-focused environment with strong referral volume and advanced procedural capabilities. The role involves a mix of office-based care, surgical cases, and hospital rounding across multiple West Valley locations, including Abrazo West Campus.

• Full-time private practice opportunity
• Multi-location outpatient practice serving the greater Phoenix metro area
• Established referral network generating strong procedural and clinic demand
• Privileges at major West Valley hospitals, including Abrazo West Campus
• Dedicated Medical Assistant assigned to each physician
• Office-based lab equipped with advanced vascular imaging technology

Responsibilities

• Provide office-based clinical/procedural care (~45% of time)
• Perform operating room/surgical cases (~45% of time)
• Conduct hospital rounding (~10% of time)
• Manage approximately 20 clinic patients per day
• Perform 5-10 surgical cases per week, depending on case mix

Shift & Schedule

• Monday-Friday schedule
• Shared hospital call (approximately 1-2 weeks per month)

Requirements

• MD or DO
• Board Certified in Vascular Surgery
• Eligible for Arizona medical licensure
