Vascular Surgeon

Staten Island University Hospital- Northwell Health is seeking a full-time Vascular Surgeon to join its faculty. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a fellowship-trained vascular surgeon with strong leadership qualities to contribute to the development of a growing vascular practice. The ideal candidate will possess excellent clinical and technical skills, a collaborative approach to patient care, and a passion for providing the full spectrum of elective and emergency vascular surgical procedures.

• Staten Island University Hospital (SIUH) is a 714-bed teaching hospital with two campuses.
• The North campus houses Staten Island's most modern emergency department, a Level 1 trauma center with 36 ICU beds, a state-of-the-art education center, and a medical arts pavilion.
• The South campus has its own emergency department and offers specialty programs including geriatric psychiatry, behavioral health, and substance abuse services.
• The Department of Surgery at SIUH consists of 40 full-time and 6 part-time Physicians across various surgical disciplines.
• Northwell Health is New York State's largest private employer and one of the nation's largest healthcare systems, with 28 hospitals and a network of 14,500 providers.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-patient care for a wide array of vascular surgery patients.
• Provide out-patient care for a wide array of vascular surgery patients.
• Provide the full spectrum of elective vascular surgical procedures.
• Provide the full spectrum of emergency vascular surgical procedures.

Compensation

• Full-time clinical base compensation ranges from $125,000 to $750,000.
• Sign-On Bonus.
