Position Overview

Full‑time Vascular Surgeon at Vohra Wound Physicians – Newport News, VA. Working Monday‑Friday, 7:00‑16:00, 45‑hour work week with no night, call, or weekend clinical responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver bedside wound management at skilled nursing facilities and long‑term acute care hospitals across 28 states.
• Conduct weekly wound rounds at each facility and treat 20‑30 patients per day on 2‑3 visits.
• Document clinical care in real‑time using proprietary wound‑specific EMR.

Qualifications

• Active unrestricted medical license (MD/DO) in the state of practice.
• Minimum commitment of 3 weekdays per week.

Practice Overview

• Mobile practice: visit facilities within a 40‑60 mile radius.
• Full‑time role: 4‑5 days per week; part‑time: minimum 3 days.
• W2 employment contract; no work visa sponsorship available.
• Paid training during onboarding plus 6‑month wound care fellowship.
