Vascular Surgeon

Hartford HealthCare Medical Group seeks a BC/BE Vascular Surgeon to join their expanding Vascular service line with a specific focus on Dialysis Access in the Greater Hartford area. You will work alongside an eleven-member group of fellowship-trained vascular surgeons across ambulatory offices, satellite hospitals, and Hartford Hospital. This role involves creating and maintaining dialysis access while collaborating closely with local nephrology partners to coordinate comprehensive inpatient and outpatient care.

Responsibilities

• Focus on a growing Dialysis Access patient population
• Perform creation and maintenance of dialysis access including AV fistulas and grafts for patients throughout the Greater Hartford area
• Work closely with local nephrology partners
• Facilitate the coordination of care for patients, both for inpatient and outpatient-based management and treatment
