Practice Info
- Established, academically affiliated group practice with UTRGV School of Medicine affiliation and clinical teaching opportunities
- Multidisciplinary collaboration with Cardiology, Interventional Radiology, and General Surgery
- 586-bed facility with 19 ORs, Cerner EMR, comprehensive cardiovascular and endovascular services, da Vinci XI robotic system, and Brainlab/AIRO technology
- Billing, coding, and collections handled in-house
Responsibilities
- Perform a full scope of open and endovascular procedures including carotid endarterectomy, aneurysm repair, lower extremity revascularization, dialysis access, and venous interventions
- Contribute to clinical teaching opportunities
- Mix of inpatient and outpatient work with flexibility based on physician preference
- Share and coordinate call schedule among group members and hospital

Shift & Schedule

Requirements
- M.D. or D.O. degree
- Completion of an accredited Vascular Surgery fellowship
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Vascular Surgery
- Eligible for an unrestricted medical license in the State of Texas
- J-1 or H-1B visa sponsorship available
