Sanford Health is seeking a Vascular Surgeon to join an established and growing practice in Bemidji, Minnesota. The Heart and Vascular department includes a collaborative team of cardiologists, APPs, general surgeons, and podiatrists operating within a well-equipped 118-bed hospital and Level III trauma center. This role offers a comprehensive compensation and benefits package in a picturesque, four-season community.

- Heart and Vascular department consists of interventional, general and EP cardiologists along with 6 APPs
- 3 cath labs and 10 ORs
- Practice: surgical, procedures, clinic and hospital
- Experienced support staff - nursing and technology team
- Noninvasive services: vascular ultrasound, ABI, Echo, Stress echo, nuclear cardiology, TEE, CCTA
- 5 general surgeons and 2 podiatrists
- 2 hyperbaric chambers
- 118 bed hospital, 14 bed ICU
- Level III trauma center
Compensation
- Nationally competitive compensation plan
- Annual compensation floor range (based on 1.0 FTE): $516,690 - $668,658 plus estimated potential to exceed compensation floor from personally performed wRVUs
