Vascular Surgeon

Carondelet Medical Group (CMG), one of Southern Arizona's largest multi-specialty groups, is seeking a full-time, employed Vascular Surgeon to join their team in Tucson, Arizona. This is a unique opportunity to build a vascular surgery program within an established practice, supported by integrated cardiology, interventional cardiovascular, electrophysiology, and advanced heart valve programs. The role offers institutional backing, a collaborative team, and in-house business management, allowing the surgeon to focus on patient care and program development.

Responsibilities

• Perform vascular surgery
• Provide inpatient rounding
• Participate in weekday and weekend call coverage

Shift & Schedule

• Full-time
• Balanced weekly schedule: 1-2 days in clinic, 3-4 days in OR and inpatient rounding
• Weekday and weekend call coverage

Requirements

• MD or DO degree
• Board Certification in Vascular Surgery required
• Eligible for or currently holding an Arizona medical license
• Minimum of 3 years of post-training experience preferred
• J-1 or H-1B visa sponsorship available
