Northwell Health's Department of Neurology is seeking BC/BE Vascular/Stroke Neurologists to join its expanding multi-disciplinary team. This is a full-time opportunity to contribute to a nationally recognized stroke program within an extensive network of New York State-designated stroke centers. Practice Info
- Join a leading stroke program with the nation's most extensive system of comprehensive stroke centers, including 4 Comprehensive Stroke Programs, 11 Primary Stroke Centers, and a Thrombectomy-Capable Center.
- Work within a vast network of 16 New York State-designated stroke centers.
- Be part of a multidisciplinary team comprised of physician assistants, nurse practitioners, registered nurses, technicians, and support staff.
- Benefit from active training programs for all stroke team members, including EMT education for rapid identification and response to stroke symptoms.
- Collaborate with the Donald and Barbara Zucker School of Medicine at Hofstra/Northwell.
- Engage with a large network of neurologists through grand rounds, conferences, and case discussions.
Compensation
- Competitive salaries with annual incentive compensation bonus
- Full-time clinical base compensation at Northwell Health ranges from $125,000 to $750,000, which is impacted by various factors, including but not limited to physician specialty, level of experience, quality of care, academic accomplishments, patient experience and productivity.

Requirements
- D. Degree from an accredited institution (ACGME or foreign program that is similarly appropriately accredited)
- Completion of Neurology residency and Stroke/Vascular fellowship
- Board Certified/Board Eligible in Neurology
- Must be licensed or eligible to be licensed as a physician in the State of New York
