Vascular PA/NP – Four-Day Week, Productivity Bonuses

The CORE Institute in Arizona is seeking a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our Vein Vascular Clinic. This is a full-time, on-site position with opportunities for procedural assisting and a blend of clinic-based and administrative duties.

You will collaborate with vascular physicians to manage chronic venous disease, with 2+ years of clinical experience preferred; we are willing to train the right candidate. A productive bonus structure is available and benefits are provided.
