You will perform critical clinical assessments for patients with peripheral artery disease and other vascular conditions, and work with interventionalists to plan and execute care to restore blood flow and prevent amputations.
Responsibilities include EMR documentation, patient education, multidisciplinary collaboration, and participation in quality initiatives.
