Vascular Neurohospitalist

Presbyterian Medical Group is seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Neurologist with Vascular Neurology Fellowship training to join their inpatient Neurohospitalist program in Albuquerque, New Mexico. This full-time position offers a unique opportunity to provide high-quality care within a supportive environment, focusing on consultant-only services with hospitalists handling admissions and discharges. The role emphasizes collaboration within an evolving team and utilizes system-wide EPIC EMR.

Practice Info

• Inpatient Neurohospitalist program
• Primary stroke certified and pursuing comprehensive
• Works in rotation with other members of the Neurohospitalist/Stroke neurology team
• Consultant only service; Hospitalists perform all admissions and discharges
• System-wide EPIC EMR

Responsibilities

• Independently evaluate MRI and CT imaging

Shift & Schedule

Qualifications

• Must be BC/BE in Neurology
• Must be Vascular Neurology fellowship trained
• Ability to independently evaluate MRI and CT imaging
• Outstanding patient care qualities
• Willingness to collaborate and work in an evolving and growing team
• Ability to obtain a medical license to practice in the state of New Mexico
