Job Type: Locum Tenens Location: Cooperstown, NY Service Setting: Hospital Coverage Type: Clinical Only Coverage Period: ASAP – Ongoing Clinical Shift Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Patient Demographics: Adults and Geriatrics Patient Volume/Census: 5–8 Patients Per Day Case Mix: 60% Interventional Radiology / 40% Diagnostic Radiology
EMR System: Epic Office Equipment Available: Phillips Angio Suites Specialty Backup Available: Interventional and Diagnostic Radiology Physicians Support Staff Available: Radiology Department Staff
Hospital Privileges Required: Yes Compensation & Benefits: Rate: TBD Travel, Lodging, and Malpractice Insurance: Covered
Required Procedures: Biopsies Drainages Tube Placements Line Placements Nephrostomies Biliary Drainages Arterial Angiograms
Job Requirements: Active New York Medical License Board Certified in Radiology Active DEA (Preferred) ACLS Required (BLS Not Required if ACLS Active) Interventional Radiology Experience Other Qualifications: Epic Training Required; Experience with Phillips Angio Suites Preferred; Onsite Coverage Only – No Remote Reading
Duties & Responsibilities: Perform Interventional Radiology Procedures Interpret Diagnostic Imaging Studies Including X-Ray, CT, and Ultrasound Evaluate and Manage Patients Requiring Image-Guided Interventions Collaborate with Referring Physicians and Clinical Teams Complete Accurate and Timely Documentation in Epic Provide High-Quality Patient Care in an Onsite Hospital Setting
