Laurel School in Shaker Heights, Ohio, is seeking a head varsity swimming coach to develop the entire program from Middle School through High School. The ideal candidate will plan and execute practices, coach high school swimmers, and ensure adherence to OHSAA guidelines.
Experience coaching at the collegiate level is preferred. The role reports to the Director of Athletics and emphasizes building a positive team culture while supporting student-athletes' academic and personal growth.
