- Experience as ICM and ELT consultant in implementation, maintenance and development support and design projects. Support business queries and other adhoc reports or extract.
- Experience in Release management.
- Specifications, Test cases, build, test, production support and deployments.
- Needs to have experience in Application support of production systems based on ITIL methodology.

Detailed Job Description Production Support & Operations
Responsible for managing prod support assessing for Varicent ICM applications.
- Monitor daily/monthly runs and ensure timely execution.
- Troubleshoot and resolve data, calculation, and payout issues.
- Ensure data integrity and reconciliation between source systems and Varicent outputs.
- Manage incident, problem, and change tickets (SLA-driven support).
- Support month end activities, lock/unlock cycles, and validations.
Enhancements & Development
- Design and implement enhancements in compensation plans, rules, and workflows.
- Improve system performance via model optimization and tuning.
- Participate in new feature development, releases, and deployments.
