In this role, you'll set up and operate CNC equipment to machine and repair critical aircraft engine components in an FAA-regulated environment. This is precision work where quality, attention to detail, and following established processes matter.If you take pride in producing accurate parts, maintaining clean setups, and doing the job right the first time, you'll fit in well here.Shift: Primarily Monday-Friday (schedule flexibility required; days and hours may vary based on business needs, including weekends) | 10:30 PM-7:00 AM Shift Differential: $2-$4/hour based on assigned workdays Sign-On Bonus: $1,000What You'll DoSet up and operate CNC machining equipment used in vane component repair and manufacturingMachine and repair precision aerospace components to tight tolerancesRead and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and technical drawingsSet up tooling, fixtures, and materials for machining operationsInspect parts using micrometers, calipers, depth gauges, pi tapes, and other precision measuring toolsChange tooling and adjust machine feeds and speeds as neededComplete required inspection and production documentationPerform routine machine maintenanceSafely operate overhead cranes as neededMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work areaSupport continuous improvement and Lean manufacturing initiativesWhat We're Looking ForCNC machining experience in a manufacturing environmentAbility to read blueprints and understand GD&TExperience using precision measuring and inspection toolsStrong mechanical aptitude and math skillsAbility to work independently and manage your own qualityReliable, detail-oriented, and safety-focusedStrong communication skills and a team-first attitudeBonus QualificationsAerospace manufacturing or component repair experienceGrinding or close-tolerance machining experienceCNC program editing experienceTrade school, technical training, or machining certificationsThis position may require work hours outside of the regularly scheduled hours to meet operational needs. This may include work during evenings, weekends, and/or holidays. Additional work hours are assigned based on business requirements.

Individual compensation within the range is determined by multiple factors, including relevant experience, education, certifications, job related skills, internal equity, and market conditions.
