Value Stream Leader – Production Supervisor

• Oversee daily manufacturing operations
• Lead production teams and ensure performance targets are met across safety, quality, delivery, and cost
• Work closely with Engineering, Quality, HR, and other departments
• Coach, develop, and support production employees through effective leadership and training
• Plan and coordinate work schedules to meet production and customer requirements
• Monitor performance metrics and analyze production data
• Drive Lean Manufacturing initiatives and continuous improvement projects
• Troubleshoot production issues and coordinate equipment maintenance activities
• Promote a strong safety culture through hazard identification, risk assessments, and employee involvement

Requirements

• High school diploma required; degree in Business, Engineering, Technical Studies, or a related field preferred
• Five or more years of supervisory experience within a manufacturing environment
• Experience working within a Lean Manufacturing culture and applying Lean tools
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and operations
• Experience managing employee payroll transactions and approvals
• Familiarity with ERP systems
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
• Strong communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to lead teams, build engagement, and deliver results
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data and make sound decisions
• A self-motivated, hands‑on leadership style
• Ability to work independently and remain effective under pressure
