Leading the on-time delivery of project equipment, the full-time remote Value Stream Fulfillment Leader will manage execution responsibilities, engage with cross-functional teams, and implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize delivery costs and minimize delays. Key responsibilities Lead execution responsibilities for assigned equipment and engage with cross-functional teams Utilize problem-solving and lean tools to identify and address systemic causes of delivery delays Develop tracking routines with suppliers to improve forecasting and support long-term corrective actions Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree and at least 5 years of experience in Sourcing, Projects, Lean, or Supply Chain Management Excellent organizational skills and the ability to travel approximately 20-30% Experience in Gas Power Systems MSD/BOP/HRSG sourcing or projects teams is preferred Strong quantitative and analytical skills Ability to operate effectively with global suppliers and cross-functional teams
