Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Value Stream Business Architect will engage with business and technical stakeholders to develop and communicate actionable roadmaps that align with the strategic vision of FedEx Logistics, while deconstructing complex concepts into simplified components. Key responsibilities Collaborate with Portfolio Business Architects and IT partners to document company strategy and conduct current state assessments for Value Streams Lead efforts to translate Value Stream goals into actionable roadmaps and synchronize execution with the strategic roadmap Support the SAFe Portfolio Kanban process by breaking down portfolio epics into manageable work bundles for Value Stream teams Required qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering, Math, IT systems, or a related discipline Three years of experience in creating business capability roadmaps and performing business architecture for established Value Streams Five years of preferred experience in roles with strategic and technical impact on large organizational projects In-depth knowledge of company operations and the broader FedEx enterprise Certification in Business Architecture is preferred
