Value Creation Managing Director — PE Growth & EBITDA Strategy

RSM US LLP is seeking a Managing Director for its Value Creation team within its Deal Services practice. The MD will lead growth, oversee deliverables, and mentor teams across consulting disciplines, partnering with private equity funds and their portfolio companies to identify and capture EBITDA improvement opportunities.

You will drive high-impact engagements, manage client relationships, and contribute to the go-to-market strategy while championing digital, data, and AI-enabled approaches.
