To support a growing analytics team, the full-time Value Based Care Data Analyst will leverage data to enhance patient experiences and improve health outcomes, primarily working remotely with occasional onsite meetings. Key responsibilities: Analyze and validate complex healthcare data, developing visualizations and actionable insights to support value-based care initiatives Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver scalable data products and analytics solutions Participate in strategic measurement activities, ensuring data accessibility, accuracy, and quality while managing sensitive data assets Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as economics, mathematics, or data science, or equivalent experience Six years of experience in data analysis, including extracting and interpreting complex data Proficiency in developing dashboards and visualizations using Microsoft Power BI, with familiarity in other tools like Tableau Solid working experience with SQL and relational database design Programming skills in Python, R, or SAS, and knowledge of medical terminology and coding systems
