Short Overview Of What You'll Do
- Oversee the day-to-day valuation process for assigned funds, including deliverable tracking, model reviews, and ad hoc requests.
- Guide deal teams through valuation models in line with firm policy and ASC 820 / external reporting standards.
- Assess key assumptions across income, market, OPM, and other methodologies underlying portfolio company valuations.
- Manage and support annual, internal, and interim audit reviews in partnership with Accounting, Compliance, and Investor Services.
- Drive enhancements to valuation processes, technology platforms, and AI automation capabilities.
- Prepare and present valuation materials to firm leadership, business unit heads, and investors.
