A nationally recognized Am Law 100 firm is seeking an entrepreneurial Corporate M&A Partner to help expand its transactional practice in Los Angeles.

This is an excellent opportunity for a partner with a portable book of business ($1.5M+) looking to leverage a strong national platform while playing a key role in growing a high calibre corporate practice.

The ideal candidate will have:

• 15+ years of corporate transactional experience
• Extensive middle-market M&A experience (buy-side & sell-side)
• Experience advising private equity sponsors and private companies
• A proven track record of business development and client relationship management
• A portable practice of at least $1.5M
