As an individual contributor, the full-time UX/UI Lead will own the end-to-end design for Bobbie's subscription and ecommerce experience, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to create user-centric solutions while working remotely. Key responsibilities Lead UX/UI design for the subscriber journey, including account management and billing flows Maintain design system integrity and establish UX/UI best practices across the organization Plan and conduct user research to validate design decisions and enhance user satisfaction Required qualifications Extensive UX/UI design experience, particularly in subscription commerce Proven ability to design subscription-specific flows and manage end-to-end design processes Expert-level skills in Figma and experience with design systems Strong understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices Experience mentoring other designers or managing external contractors
