UX/UI Graphic DesignerWe are seeking an experienced graphic designer who will conceptualize and design brand materials to support the evolution and identity of Scrum Alliance across all platforms. The ideal candidate will approach projects both strategically/tactically and work cross-functionally to produce exceptional results.Because of the cross-functional nature of our teams, we highly value individuals with T-shaped skills, people with deep expertise and a broad knowledge base.The ideal individual for this role is someone with a deep expertise in the following primary responsibilities (80%):Design, concept, and provide art direction across channels: digital, social, video, email, printDesign and propose creative elements for visual purposes in marketing collateral, infographics, identity development, illustrations and photography layout for website articlesDevelop and execute diverse concepts in support of our strategyReview and independently execute on creative briefsCreate branding and strategy for spatial design of major conferencesApplying your deep understanding of brand development and management to all creative workCollaborate across departments to ensure timely production of high-quality materialsSecondary responsibilities (20%) to include a broad general knowledge or skills in other areas including:Plan and implement new designsOptimize existing user interface designsTest for intuitivity and experienceDevelop technical and business requirements and always strive to deliver intuitive and user-centered solutionsCombine creativity with an awareness of the design elementsCreate prototypes for new product ideasTest new ideas before implementingConduct an ongoing user researchQualificationsEducation and Qualifications5+ years as a Graphic Designer or similar roleStrong creative design skills demonstrated in a portfolio is a mustMust have knowledge and experience with Adobe Creative Cloud - InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, and MAC OS MojaveDemonstrates creative flair, originality and a strong visual sense for branding and integrating visual elements across multiple mediums in print and webStrong attention to detail and making accurate editsExperience practicing Agile and/or Scrum is a plus2+ years of experience as an UI-UX Designer or similar roleAbility to discuss and explain design optionsSome knowledge of Usability Factors in Human Computer InteractionAdditional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.Job LocationI'm interested
