Digital UX/UI Designer Role:
We're looking for a digital-first interactive designer with at least 5 years' experience in an advertising agency or brand role. This candidate should be detail oriented, efficient, have excellent communication skills, and a passion for continual learning. Their designs should incorporate modern design patterns and best practices across various mediums (i.e. emails, web banners, websites, social, mobile apps) and be well versed in creating responsive layouts that can adapt to different screen sizes. The candidate should be aware of current design trends and be proficient in problem solving via creating intuitive UX / UI solutions. Below is a list of 'must have', and 'nice to have' experience:
Must have experience:
- Figma (primary design software)
- Adobe Creative Suite (XD / Photoshop / Illustrator)
- Responsive design principles
- UX/UI best practices for various mediums
- 5+ years working at an advertising agency or brand
- Forward design thinking and able to translate brand standards to effective digital designs
- Building clickable prototypes
- Works well with brand and creative leadership and can present work to stakeholders
Nice to have experience:
- Basic knowledge of HTML / CSS
- Experience in pharmaceutical industry
- Motion graphics or animation experience
