By revenue it is the largest coatings company in the world followed by AkzoNobel. Our Digital User Experience Center of Excellence is looking for a talented, well-rounded user experience designer. The designer should be comfortable operating as a developer of a Scrum team, focusing on design/research, but being able to help the rest of team meet the sprint goal, whether that be QA, content writing, frontend development, etc.
As a designer on the Scrum team, you will be an advocate for our users, while balancing business requests and needs. Until our design system reaches a level of maturity, the UX designer should also have a strong level of visual design skills to help guide the Scrum team. This role is a long-term contract with the hope of converting to full time.
