Nelnet is seeking a curious, experienced User Experience Researcher to join our internal design team. You will conduct best-in-class UX research, develop and extend our AI-assisted synthesis pipeline, and produce actionable reports for stakeholders.
The role requires a BA/BS in a related field or equivalent experience, expertise in diverse UX methods, and the ability to translate findings into product strategy. Hybrid in-office/remote work available with travel to Nelnet offices.
