UX Project Manager
The UX Project Manager operates in a cross-functional environment, partnering with 15+ product teams. While reporting into Application Program Management, this position is dedicated to supporting the UX team and driving operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Process Improvement: Drive initiatives that enhance efficiency and streamline workflows.
- UX Process Governance: Collaborate with teams to ensure UX processes are consistently applied.
- Operational Strategy: Remove blockers, organize training sessions, and promote UX best practices to support designers.
- Project Coordination: Schedule and lead product meetings, track progress, prioritize requests, and provide guidance to teams.
Required Expertise
- Deep understanding of UX design processes.
- Azure Devops or Power BI
- Proven project management experience in both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
- Strong skills in workflow management and cross-team collaboration
