To support the planning and execution of UX initiatives, the remote UX Project Coordinator will manage project timelines, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure the delivery of high-impact UX work within the D2C organization. Key responsibilities Coordinate UX workstreams across multiple eCommerce initiatives, ensuring all necessary specs and documentation are provided to developers Track project progress, proactively identifying and reporting risks and blockers to stakeholders Facilitate key meetings, maintain UX documentation, and support standard UX delivery processes Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience 2-4 years of experience in project coordination, program management, or operations within a digital, UX, or product-focused environment Experience working in an agile or hybrid agile setting Familiarity with tools such as Azure, Jira, Confluence, and Figma Understanding of UX research, design systems, and customer experience workflows
