Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end user journeys for business analysts and enterprise users.
- Create experiences for predictive analytics dashboards, AI model explanation interfaces, and complex data visualizations.
- Translate AI/ML concepts and technical requirements into clear, user-friendly workflows.
- Rapidly ideate, prototype, and iterate using Figma, AI Studio, and AI-assisted design workflows.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Data Scientists to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Leverage and contribute to Material Design systems and patterns.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX/Product Design experience, preferably in enterprise/B2B software.
- Strong portfolio showcasing complex dashboards, analytics platforms, data visualization, or AI/ML products.
- Expert proficiency in Figma and experience working within design systems.
- Familiarity with Material Design frameworks.
- Proven ability to simplify highly technical concepts into intuitive user experiences.
- Ability to work independently, move quickly, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience designing AI-powered or ML-driven products.
- Familiarity with AI Studio or similar AI-enabled design tools.
- Understanding of predictive analytics, model explainability, and human-AI interaction patterns.
